Hsn is horrible customer service

Worse experience
Order something guaranteed to be delivered
Delivery date goes by
Says it was shipped
Call to check and find out it’s out of stock
I was never notified
If I didn’t call I would still be waiting for a Christmas gift that I wasn’t getting
Awesome business
Sell things in tv , guaranteed to have by Christmas and you don’t even have them
I personally would never do business with Hsn again
Everyone else BEWARE OF THERE GRIFT

I am sorry to hear that you never received your order, @hsneveragain. The item was available at the time of shipment, it just looks like the item never progressed through the UPS system. I understand your frustration and disappointment regarding the availability of the item. I’ll be sure to pass your feedback along.
