HSN hosted research panel-feedback for the new app/Beekman
Hello, I reached out to customer service email already and they had no idea what I was talking about! HSN had a questioner to qualify to participate in a live one on one review of the design of the New HSN app. As a reward participants would receive 50$ .
I qualified and had my interview/feedback June 28. Answered questions regarding the design and ease of the new app. Like, how would you search for mixer? What do you think about placement of videos, when the product will be live, and the new products by Beekman. After the interview was over I was told in 2-3 business days the 50$ HSN Kash/credit would be available. My interviewer was Laura and the process took place on Zoom. I never received a credit to my account. It’s been 2 weeks. Was I just missed or passed over when credits were deposited? Can I be informed as to why I’ve heard nothing, rather, I’ve been blown off by customer service.
