HSN Flex Pay payment held
I purchased a tv on HSN the website, selected flex pay, used my paypal account which is linked to my checking account. Paid $333.86 6 (SIX) days ago, the order was immediately cancelled but of course the money was accepted and now I am being told this should have fell off after 72 hours.
How can a company accept the payment, then deny the product and then keep the initial payment of $333.86 for a week? Someone please HELP!!
