HSN Customerservice is “Great”
I was reading a little regarding the switch of the bank and I had no problems to update my HSN account. I did see some issues, that are concerning. Should I receive a defective item, I call them and a note is being made in the system. I always like to know, who I talk to, that makes it more personal and speak like I would like to be spoken to. They are on the frontline and go through a lot and if your representative can’t help you, ask for a supervisor.
