HSN CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
I have been trying to sign in to this site HSN.SYF.COM to pay my bill! WHAT A JOKE THIS IS!!!! I CAN NOT GET IN THIS THING! WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT??? This bank must not want anyone’s payments! No matter what I do I can not get signed in to my account. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO????????
Hi @zadaann! I’m sorry for the inconvenience. While we can’t provide full account numbers online for security purposes, there are a number of ways we can help.
Please call Synchrony’s HSN Card Services at (844) 889-9676 for an HSN Private Label Credit Card or (844) 889-9674 for an HSN Mastercard. You can enter # to bypass the account number enter and reach the first available team member.
You can also contact Synchrony directly through their Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SynchronyFinancial) or Twitter (http://twitter.com/asksynchrony). If you send your phone number by private message or DM, they’ll call you directly to assist.
The team can help process payments (and waive any fees), update your account details and answer any questions you may have on your account.
To sign up for Eservice, you will need your full account number. Your next statement, which should arrive within a couple of weeks, will provide the account number you need to sign up.

This issue was resolved months ago.
Hi: This is Debbie. I stumbled on this info and also understand the persons frustration. I had such a terrible insulting situation by a Corporate Manager today at 3 pm PST, that I’ve decided to address the matter with your CEO! 3 items I ordered were returned simply because my address was wrong. I just was approved for $1700. and haven’t received my new card yet. I was told today I couldn’t use my new account which has a Credit Balance. I made a payment knowing I didn’t owe anything at the time so my account wouldn’t show a late payment the first time I used my HSN Card. The Manager argued with me about 15 minutes before crediting my account so I could place my 3rd order for a pair of boots I’ve wanted. He forced me to make another payment I didn’t owe in order to buy the boots. Your CEO will hear from me because being treated this way is unacceptable period!
You need to fix this site so we can pay our bills online. I’ve tried for two days and still can not get on site to pay. Michael Newcomb
