HSN Community Moderator/Admin.
Is there one? How often do you review posts? How do we report a concern in regards to a post that is questioning HSN judgement about current health guidelines? Name calling? False information?

I really am sorry for this delayed response, @tady. We always want our customers in the Community feel comfortable having dialogue with one another. However, if there are comments and topics that are outside of our Community Guidelines please report it so we can review it and remove them as necessary.

How long does it take the Admin./Moderators to review/remove a post? There is another one of these COVID advice posts that showed up two days ago. It has become political, has gotten ugly with name calling and false information. I reported it, and yet it still remains.

Hi tady. She didn’t really answer your question did she? Do you see the three dots and the word OPTIONS on the bottom left of the post? Click on that and then click on Report. If you don’t get anything, there’s always this:

A very ugly political post has been up for three days on the Community Forum. Why is this still up? There is a jab at one of the vendors and his political beliefs, as well as name calling. Is there anyone moderating this forum?
