HSN charging tax on all my orders
I am avid HSN shopper and have been a loyal customer of HSN for years and today I am less than happy to say the least. I ordered several items due to free shipping, only to find that HSN charged me tax on the items that I ordered, all clothing I might add, and I live in Ma. and clothing is NOT taxable in Ma. Most of my items I cancelled because of this because it is after midnight and I cannot call customer service to resolve this, but this is unacceptable. HSN YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!
