HSN charging tax on all my orders

I am avid HSN shopper and have been a loyal customer of HSN for years and today I am less than happy to say the least. I ordered several items due to free shipping, only to find that HSN charged me tax on the items that I ordered, all clothing I might add, and I live in Ma. and clothing is NOT taxable in Ma. Most of my items I cancelled because of this because it is after midnight and I cannot call customer service to resolve this, but this is unacceptable. HSN YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!

I’m very sorry for the frustration this has caused, especially as a long-time and loyal HSN customer! I completely understand how disappointing this must be. I’ve forwarded your information to the appropriate team so they can review why you may have been charged tax on clothing items. Please allow 3–5 days for them to investigate.
