HsN changing refunds
Why is HSN stopping its refund policy? Next month they will stop refunding your shipping. so you will have to pay to ship things back and you will not get the original shipping charges refunded. It will be so expensive to order anything. That will be limited my ordering.

I also received “One of our best customers” emails about the shipping policy changing 6/1/23. If the item is defective or damaged, HSN will refund shipping charges. I don’t expect them to refund my shipping if I don’t like the item or the fit, or if I changed my mind. Frankly, I feel they have been very generous by refunding the initial shipping on all returns. They incurred the cost to ship the item to me. I should pay for the shipping when I don’t like the item. It’s fair.

I definitely agree. They charge us shipping is you use their return label and now they will not refund the original shipping. I am not going to be ordering from them any time soon.

What if the sizing is different? I run into this all time. If the sizing was consistent, it wouldn’t be a problem. The hosts also say to buy two different sizes. You know there’s going to be a problem. By the time I get my order & figure out the size the size I need is gone. I guess I will buy my clothes elsewhere. That’s too much to try out different sizes.

I think I understand free exchanges. It takes so long my size is not usually available. We shall see!
