Is anyone having trouble getting past sign in on app?

Consider deleting your app, clear your history and re downloading it to initiate any updates that may have been missed. If you continue to have any troubles, please send an email to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com and include the APP version, device you are using and the email you log in with on your account. I have had trouble signing in on HSN and in the App. I have been unable to order at all. I can login on my computer today and so I placed an order. However, I use my phone app all the time as my laptop is upstairs. So I have wanted to buy numerous items but I try to log in on the app and it just circles back around to the login again.
I was helped by customer service and see acted like she just hoped she could help me. I did change my password and got back in but I still cannot use my phone app?

Same here. The phone app has not worked in months. The login just loops around. I am able to login via the website, but not the app.
I haven’t noticed any updates to the phone app either. I have also missed out on “app only” coupons because of this.
I guess they don’t find it that important that the app can no longer be used for purchases. On a positive note, it’s saving me money!

I keep getting 400 Bad Request every time I try to place order, so frustrating, this has been going on for the last month
