HSN app not working

Is anyone else having trouble with the HSN app on iPhone? It has recently stopped working for me. Just opens the site and spins, but never opens the page. Sometimes it just closes altogether. I’ve deleted and reinstalled but it’s still not working. My QVC app works fine.

    Yes, the HSN app on my iPhone is definitely NOT WORKING. Very frustrating. Just keeps spinning and then closes. Do you think it might have something to do with the latest iPhone update? I wish HSN would let us know what is going on. I’m sure they have people that handle these issues. I’m going to see if their app works on my MAC.

    My QVC app is working fine.

    I can get into the app, but it won’t let me add anything to my bag (gives an error message). I wanted to purchase something since there’s 20% off for 2 days through the app. I’ll send a message to customer service on the website.

      So sorry for the trouble, @scherazade28! We haven’t received any other resent concerns about our app. Do you mind sharing with us a few more details of your experience along with a bit more info on the iPad that you’re (iPad version as well as the IOS version)?

    I too am having trouble loading certain pages on my IPad. It’s a new 10th generation which Ibought from HSN by the way. I don’t have this problem with my old 5th gen I Pad. The problem is with certain pages in the departments-like Heidi Daus, etc.

      I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing the same issue, @hipandover50. I’ve forwarded your feedback to our IT team, and they’ll take a closer look into the issue to see if they can come up with a solution. In the meantime, I suggest clearing out your temporary internet files and cookies in the browser. This might help fix the problem.

    I am having issues with the app on my phone I can add items to my cart but when I check out it gives me an error and says it cannot process.

    Hi there, @comiskey55. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your HSN app. I had an issue with a different app earlier this week that disappeared after doing an uninstall/reinstall of the app. Please try this first, and if the problem persists, please contact us with all the important details so we can troubleshoot this issue.
