
HSN and Flexpay are stealing my money
I ordered a 4k Tv and was charged $244 then my order was cancelled by HSN and Flexpay on Dec 1 . Called HSN Customer service on Dec 2 and they said I should see the money back on my card within 3-5 days it’s now
Dec 8 and still the pending charge is on my card. What kind of service is this first you guys charge me and cancel a perfectly good order and then you lie to me on the phone about getting my money back within 3-5 days.
What gives?

Hi @greeneyes424, I am sorry to hear that your order was canceled. I checked and saw that the authorization that was placed on your account has expired in our system. The time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon your financial institution and would recommend contacting them regarding the authorization on your account.
