Hsn 90 day returns not being honored during Covid as promised!
Not sure anyone else is having this problem, but I had 4 items I purchased & returned during the 90 day (Covid) return period from March to the end of May as they promised.I recently got an email saying the item/items did not meet the 30 day return timing & were sending me the items back, when it was actually during the time it fell under the 90 day return period. I cant seem to get much help from HSN other than they reported to another dept. It’s been weeks and they never got back to me or refunded me for my returns. Neither did I get the items back. I’ve been a customer for 30 plus years & never been treated like this, I feel like I’m being robbed. This makes me not want to order anything from them again & return all my recent purchases.
