How long for hsn to respond to email?

I submitted email for 30 day price guarantee and did not receive any confirmation email and want to know how long before a customer receives a response from HSN ?

Buyer beware coq10 under 2 different item #510729 240 caps $159.90 which has disappeared yet can’t cancel it and the other item 734730, 240 caps $124.90 which is the exact same item. I emailed customer service for 30 price guarantee and they will not honor my request. I am referring this to a supervisor but very disappointed in Hsn’s response

Fyi, Hsn has responded quickly and we are still trying to resolve the 30 day price guarantee.

Here we go again, same sherpa wrap, 2 different item # and Hsn not honoring 30 day price guarantee of $5 credit to my account ! Supervisor should contact me or give me $5 credit !
