How does Rhonda Shear get away with selling bras that are fit for a child?
The question really does need to be addressed. I purchased a pack of RS bras and even though the size chart indicated that I purchase a 1X, I bought 2X just for extra room. The bras I received had a 26-inch band with maybe 2 inches of stretch. Maybe. There’s no way a 28-inch band will fit anyone but a child. I tried on a clean one and my bust was busting out from everywhere! I couldn’t breathe. It hurt to take it off. And I am very irritated about this bra sizing and quality issues that are prevalent in this line of intimates. How does this company get away with selling undersized garments and then say, “Shop your top.”? My top size is LARGE not 2X which didn’t fit. And RS gives us a generic size chart which indicates that all her bras measure the same? Really? I’m not happy at all. I just had to exchange 2 other orders because I was sent a package with 2 different sizes and another where the GLUE was wearing off and the side seam was unraveling. No quality. Generic size chart which is useless. This is just not right!
Therefore, I am requesting that Customer Service consider sending me a free return label as these situations were not created by me but by RS who needs to address the lack of quality and fake information which she presents with a smile but nothing else.
