How does everyone contact customer service these days?
I’m so accustomed to emailing customer service, or doing a live chat. Neither seems to be functioning, so I sent a message to hsn via facebook. Not everyone is on facebook though!

Do you mind sharing which browser you’re using to try to get the Live Chat to work? Have you tried any other browsers outside of the one you normally use?
