How do I collect a prize that I've won?
I won a prize in the Arcade this week but there are no coupons in my account or emails from HSN. Thank you for any assistance.

I won the Shark mop/vac. Thank you for your reply. Please forgive my slow answers. I had a nasty leg fracture this past week! No worries…I’m a tough old bird just a little clumsy! Anyway, haven’t seen any correspondence regarding this so I could use some help. This mop would actually come in very handy right now as you can imagine! Ryan, I never received my prize, the Moreno hair treatment, awarded about 2 yrs. ago. I was certified and told over & over that someone would get back to me or that it was being sent, but never got a follow up. I called & emailed dozens of times, but only got the same story . . . . It’s being sent, or a substitute will be sent if we’re out. Very disappointed. C. Durkin

SO I really have to ask this. What the heck does legally verified mean? Don’t post names if you aren’t planning to award a prize. Sounds like a bait and switch scam to me.. Who is actually in charge of the prizes and how do I contact them?

@cynsterwytche, an email is sent to the winner and they have to fill it out. After your information is verified and you have returned the requested documentation, you will become a verified winner. You can contact the Arcade Team by going to Arcade Help and selecting question 37.

No, it was from the prize fulfillment. It asked me to verify my acct./address, which I did. My account is **********. I know this seems petty, but I was so excited to finally win something, then disappointed that I never received anything. Thanks for any assistance. Carol

I too won In late March 2022 and never received an email so called several times and the customer service said they would call who ever is supposed to send me an email so I can be verified. Still waiting. Called again, got same answer. Still waiting, No verification emails yet. No prize sent, but they need an address don’t they? Is that not why they email you to get one? so I called and gave them my address and made sure they still had my correct email. They do. No email sent yet!
