How do I close my HSN account
Does anyone know how I can close my HSN account (not a credit card account) online, on my own, without having to contact customer service? HSN does not make this easy. There should be an option within my profile, but there is not, unless I missed it. Thanks.

talked to lady today at customer service and she says there is no way to delete an account, it that possible

I deleted my credit card info and put in a bogus address and called it a day. I do NOT call customer service for anything. Not with the tec we have today.

@callee3 We’ll be very sad to see you go. Unfortunately, you must call customer service at 1-800-284-3900 to have your account closed. This is done for the security of your account.
We do hope you’d give us another chance.
