Horrible Service
Just want to say that HSN is horrible. I placed an order for a recliner and the order has been cancelled twice. Both time I was told when I called it’s a system glitch but I don’t believe that at all. If they over sold the recliner just admit it. Rediculous. I’m just going to go purchase it from my local lazy boy dealer where I may pay more, but I won’t be lied to. Shame on you HSN.

I’m truly sorry that your orders were canceled, @in_my_dna! I was unable to see any glitches, after reviewing both orders. The first was canceled online and the second was canceled by a manager. We would be happy to help replace this order with you directly at 800-933-2887. We certainly don’t want you to pay more and do our best to be as upfront and honest as possible. I hope you’ll allow us another opportunity to shop with you in the future.
