HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ok so I WAS a would-be customer, I have never ordered anything from HSN although I had considered it in the past but never took the plunge. I found something on here a few weeks ago for a great price and decided to go ahead and purchase it and was so excited to buy it! Flash forward to checking out, apparently “something was wrong with my account” and I received an error message telling me to contact customer service. So I did. It was closed for the day though so I called the main ordering number. The person I spoke with was incredibly snappy and rude on top of the fact that even though I tried to tell her CS was closed she insisted on connecting me without bothering to hear what I was trying to tell her. Ok, I tbought, I will just try again tomorrow. The next day my call experience with the CS rep was much better *but* I was told that bc someone that used to live at my address (previous to my family buying the home!!!!) was in poor standing with them that until they investigated further and were able to verify that they are no longer living here I wouldn’t be able to make a purchase, period. We literally just bought this house August 31st of this year!!!! Well, that sucks I thought but ok, they will hopefully get it straightened out bc I’m sure they would like to have a new customer’s business.. apparently that’s not the case though. I was told someone would contact me within 5-7 business days. That was 3+weeks ago!!! I tried calling back around 2 weeks ago and was told that they would resubmit the request to make sure the other department got it and it may possibly be taking a bit longer due to covid. Understandable. However I still have not heard a word back from them and now to make it worse the item that I so badly wanted is no longer available so I guess I am just SOL and will forever be punished for someone else’s irresponsible actions! I now understand all the poor reviews for HSN and treating customers and potential customers like this will run your company into the ground!

I really am sorry to hear about your experience with us @liv137. It definitely is disappointing to hear that your concern is still ongoing. I’m currently taking a look and will work on getting this resolved for you. I’ll touch base once I have everything done.
