Holding others responsible…..
I have an account with HSN and have had one for several years. I recently ran into some financial problems due to health. A very good friend of mine let me move in with him to help me out. He went on line today to order something for himself and found his account was blocked! Why????? He called HSN and they asked if someone else lived at his address and he told them yes, they asked for my name and they told him that as soon as I cleared my account, they would unblock his. How the can they hold his account hostage to get payment from me. I will personally shout from every social media about the policy of HSN. I think HSN stands for Home Network.

I’m so sorry, @prh1951, I understand your concern and frustration. Sadly, we are unable to send new orders to an address that has an outstanding balance. I truly wish we had more options.
