Hibiscus multi color tree
Tree arrived 4/19/23. Unboxed it and watered it. Tree looked a bit wilted from being in the box and shipping. Tree produced 2 blooms the next 2 days.
I repotted the tree prt instructions. After thst the leaves wilted and dried up. Its mow 4/28/23. No blooms snd leaves falling off. Leaf snd Petal say this is normal. Give the tree 30 days.
Im not to happy with their response.

Hope you don’t mind my input.I happened to read this post and thought of my own experience .
I bought the same hibiscus trees 2 yrs. ago. They’re very delicate for sure.I repotted them right away in big pots with good soil.First yr absolutely beautiful. Brought them in for Winter ,they are beautiful green trees . Want to put them out for spring but it’s too cold here in Chicago right now.
So, they look lousy right now! But, as soon as weather permits they’ll go back on the patio.
I think I can reassure you with a little TLC and patients they’ll be just fine.Takes time and sunny hot weather . That’s what they love.
If not, the company is very good to work with.
I had different other plants that arrived dead , they had no problem with replacements.
Wishing you the best! -
I’m truly sorry that your tree wilted, @jfc657! I can share with you from personal experience that mine did the same thing! It took some time, maybe a month, but it did come back in full bloom and was breathtaking! Not all take as long, which I understand can be frustrating. I ordered them for Mother’s Day last year and gifted them to my Mom and Mother-in-law. Both bloomed up beautifully and quickly. I was understandably a little concerned, but after some time, it filled in and was stunning! Should it die, or not come back, we would be happy to review options with you. Please reach out within 30 days if it doesn’t sprout. I recommend allowing a little more time for the plant to bloom. I assure you, it’s worth it! 🙂
