Help!
I was denied Flexpay and you cancelled the order. Then you took the money out of my account. I need you to refund this money asap since this is my Christmas money. I am a single mom and NEED this money returned to me so I can buy gifts for my child. I was shocked when I noticed you took the money out of my account yet denied my purchase.

I’m very sorry to see that we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay, @shrinelady07. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to order on FlexPay in the future.
The hold should fall off within 3-5 days depending on your banks policy. I may be able to speed this process up and have them released by tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The same happened to me. I’m waiting for a second denied flexpay to fall off. It seems unreasonable that that they can immediately take funds but not immediately release funds.
