Okay so I’m talking into my microphone because this is going to make it a heck of a lot faster I cannot find my account number I haven’t made a purchase a long time and I am trying to find my account number so that I can send it on my bill pay through my bank HSN when you call customer service does not give out the full number I have the last four digits in my banking bill pay but it doesn’t give me the rest of the number I am just sending it to them on my bill pay stating I don’t have a number how do I get my full account number so I can submit my payment I keep getting set back into a loop anyone that can help me would be greatly appreciated thank you so much

    Hi @inktwin! We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. While we can’t provide full account numbers online for security purposes, there are a number of ways we can help.
    Please call Synchrony’s HSN Card Services at (844) 889-9676 for an HSN Private Label Credit Card or (844) 889-9674 for an HSN Mastercard. You can enter # to bypass the account number enter and reach the first available team member.
    You can also contact Synchrony directly through their Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SynchronyFinancial) or Twitter (http://twitter.com/asksynchrony). If you send your phone number by private message or DM, they’ll call you directly to assist.
    The team can help process payments (and waive any fees), update your account details and answer any questions you may have on your account.
