Help w/Exhange!

Happy New Year!! I had to return item#609239. It was really tangled up and the chain was so thin I didn’t want to break it. I sent it back on the 30th. I only had the USPS label that was sent with the order. I tried tracking it on easy returns, it doesn’t show anything. Could you help me with this matter.

Hi @poochers1, I took a look at the order for the item and see that it was delivered on 1/3/2020 to the warehouse. Since we no longer have any more of this item to send as a replacement, you should receive a refund within 8 days from when we received it.
