Help w/delivery!

I changed my shipping address for both my HSN card and account back in October, 2019. I have received several orders since then with no problems. On 1/10/2020 an autoshipment of 2 items were shipped out and HSN_Jordan, was kind enough to waive both labels for return because I tried cancelling them on the 10th but they were already ordered and in packaging on 1/10/2020. Unfortunately, after all that they were mailed and delivered to the old address. Which happens to be currently out of the state for me.
If you would please advise me of what I can do to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello HSN_Jordan, thank you for your response. I called on Wed., 1/15/2020 to let them know that it was sent to the old address but they said that they would update my address on auto ship. I will call them to make sure that it was changed and to find out what happens now.
