Help needed on return
Hello, I returned item #693020 to be exchanged, since packaged arrived wet and damaged the manufacturer package. I see I was refunded minus the shipping for return. The product is still available online. Could you please look into ?

I’m truly sorry that your order arrived in this condition, @thundersnow! I apologize that it was refunded, rather than replaced. You are correct, these are still available if you wanted to reorder. I’ve refunded the EZ Return fee for your damaged package as well as adding $7 to your Spendable Ka$H account to cover the difference in price since the price and shipping have increased.
