I have an active order that’s says it has shipped bit when I go to track it I keep getting an error code. There has been no progress from this in 4 days. When I try to go to the help option I’m again faced with another error code. Could someone please help me find my order that has supposedly shipped but has no tracking info.

    I’m very sorry about the confusion this has caused. This order was sent UPS Mail Innovations, so the tracking number will not work on the regular USPS site. It shows the package was delivered today (7/23) at 12:41 pm. Please let us know that it’s received.
