
Help! I need to pay my bill!!!
What is going on with the new HSN credit card?? I’ve been trying for 2 days to pay my bill. When I try to sign in to my new Synchrony account nothing comes up, just a blank page. Chat doesn’t work, Customer Service is closed and if you pay by phone they charge a fee! What a mess. I’ll just cancel this card if this is what I’ll have to go through!

This credit card is the worst mistake I have ever done. I’m not even going to explain in detail why.
It’s just a horrible mistake. What a disaster. I’ve canceled / deleted destroyed this card and will never buy anything at this site ever again. What a fluke. You should be ashamed to do this to your loyal customers. I’m so disgusted. Good riddance.

I have the same problem my payment was being sent by my bill pay service,and they Synchrony rejected the payment ,sent it back and then they told me I have to use a visa or mastercharge debit card as they do not accept american Express ok so now I have to pay a machine to withdraw funds than run to my local bank to put the funds on my other account than they can get paid …Well This is my last payment and untill HSN takes my account back I WILL NOT BUY. @rocknak, I’m sorry to see the trouble you’re having paying your bill. I wish I was able to assist but we don’t have access to your HSN Credit Card account. You’ll need to contact Synchrony Financial at 1-844-889-9676 for assistance. They’re available Sunday-Saturday 7:00am-2:00am ET.
