Help. HSN can not find my account. .
After providing customer service my HSN card number, they still can not find my account. I can not place any orders online because the automated reply I get says oops, unable to find your account, call customer service. I called and after 20 minutes. Was told sorry. We can’t find your account.
What the heck. Okay then HSN …I will shop somewhere else.

Cant’s find account on line either. has my husbands name backwards but my email gets all the correspondence. payment getting declined cause credit card has expired ,yet I can’t do nothing unless husband says ok but name on account is incorrect, also. If I can’t find it on line where does it exist?? I have account number they say he has to ok anything but the name is incorrect.
