Hate to do it this way..
When I subscribed to the Auto-ship Signature club A Argan Oil Day Cream with Personal Pick, I expected to receive that. I didn’t. Instead I received SCA Advanced Formula Skincare and Primer. I researched the reviews about the primer and it’s got a 2.9 rating and not so good reviews. Is SCA dumping bad sales products on me? This is not what I ordered and I am returning. I am also canceling the Auto-ship on this product and all others. This is a really sneaky way to promote sales by substituting one product for another.
I would like to NOT be charged for the return shipping. I didn’t want to write this info in the forum but I seem to be unable to email as that option seems not to be available. Please contact me regarding this at my email which you have.

Hi @ebony46 In your AutoShip program, Adrienne will personally pick her favorite kits approx every 3 months. So, you will receive different items. This shipment included her personal pick of Advanced Formula Skincare and Primer. These ship in June, September, December and March of each year, and prices will range from $39.95 – $59.95 plus S&H per future shipment. This is all listed in your AutoShip information.
