Has there been a change in return policy?
Has HSN changed their return policy? Is there still a peel off label for postage paid returns using USPS or UPS? There is a post in another forum on this site saying we must now cut and paste a label and return items at our own cost. I am hoping this is not true.

@bobzi, most of our items come with our EZ Return Label. There may be some instances where items are shipped directly from a vendor’s warehouse and not include the EZ Return Label however.
