Has there been a change in cancellation policy?
There is a conversation on another forum regarding cancellation of an order. It has always been HSN’s policy to allow cancellation until midnight of the day ordered. Has there been a change and what is the policy now? I am hoping there is some wrong info out there and that it can be clarified.
i have noticed this as ‘new’ in past months. Annoying, because as someone else has said on the other posting, i like to get something in my cart in case my color/size sells out until i actually hear the presentation giving my more info so i know i’m actually understanding the item correctly.
I’ve also noticed that on qvc , when i look thru the website and especially when i click on lunchtime specials or primetime specials to see what they are (since i miss the presentations while at work) even tho i don’t put anything in my cart and am ‘just looking’ at the item by clicking on it, I then get constant emails saying “still interested” in this item ??? emails i perceive as just begging to order what i was simply looking at. what the heck. annoying.
