Guaranteed by Christmas?! What are the restrictions???

My estimated arrival is December 24th is guaranteed by Christmas what happens if I don’t get them by then am I??

Mine aren’t here and they were guaranteed by Christmas. Not sure what happens now, but I’ll be giving them a call 😥.
