Human nature is to let people know when they have not met your expectations. I wanted to take a moment to recognize GREAT customer service!
I wanted DG2 straight let jeans. Didn’t have my size so I was watching when future shows were on.
There was one on this week so I was watching. They showed the boot cut and they looked nice. I figured I’d go with that style rather than wait until the straight leg style in my size returned. Ordered 2 pairs.
About 3 items later on the same show….straight leg jeans! CS was great helping me to cancel the boot cut and add straight leg.
