
Great Customer Service..
I’d like to thank your Customer Service Department for the professional customer service I received today. I had a few issues with some returns and other returns not processed even though received by HSN. Thank you for the respectful and courteous treatment Also, very efficient.
My issue was that I had returned something, and it hadn’t yet been processed even though HSN had it since April 10. This was immediately processed by CS. My next issue was that I had not received any paperwork with another item I wanted to return, and the HSN program wasn’t issuing the correct return label. This too will be corrected by CS. What a great team. Possibly the best department in all of HSN.
