
Goodbye HSN
After years as a customer, I have placed my last order with HSN. I ordered several pairs of easy spirit shoes in December. When one pair did not ship, I called HSN and CS placed another order because the first one “didn’t go through” even though it showed in my order history. When I received the shoes that originally shipped I was disappointed that they were not comfortable and returned them with the prepaid label. A month later I realized I never received confirmation that my return had been processed. I checked my order history and to my surprise there was no record of my original order. A system glitch would be a plausible explanation for this given the errors in some of my orders in the past. I called HSN CS and explained the situation. The rep said there was no record of my order. I assured her that I did in fact place the order, received, and returned the items. The rep just repeated back the order history that was visible and did not attempt to investigate why my original order had been erased. I was surprised that HSN had no interest in looking further into this and implied that my claim was unfounded. This is totally unacceptable and insulting. I will never watch or place another order with HSN.

I really am sorry to hear of your recent experience with us, @ylb35. I took a look at your order history and see that there were two orders placed on 12/22/22 for the easy spirit Telise Slip-On Sneakers Dark Blue size 8.5 and Black size 8.5 and an order placed on 12/26/22 for the easy spirit Ginfer Slip-On Sneaker Red size 8.5. The order from 12/26 was refunded on 2/5/23 for $43.67.
