Glad Customer Service is still in FLA
I called in today and had to speak to customer service and I asked if the Florida peeps still had their jobs. I was delighted to hear that they all work remotely, so Yes they do..I’ve always loved the Kindness of the cs reps and every one in awhile they’ll be someone not as friendly, but I appreciate that HSN does try to accommodate your need and be helpful.
Also, just started ordering Nakery (recent TS) and can you let Liz know that her packing is absolutely Beautiful..I don’t know if she does the designs or someone else, but they are
the prettiest products I’ve ever bought. 💗
