Not sure what to do
Tried to pay for something from HSN and get flexpay. They took my $222 and then said I wasn’t approved… canceled the order and it’s been 6 days and my money is still not there. I severely need the money as I found what I wanted somewhere else (thank God) but I really need that money. This is ridiculous. Customer support wasn’t helpful at all. Still says “pending” on my debit card.

Hi @ondoid, I really am sorry for this extremely delayed response. I took a look at your order and see that the authorization on our end has expired. The time frame as to when you see the authorization released from your account is determined by your financial institution. If you still see the authorization, I’d recommend speaking with them.
