Garment sizing

Hi! I would love to see HSN post not only HSN sizing in your clothing; but especially the actual GARMENT measurements on each and every garment offered for sale. There is a difference between the two; and once you know your actual measurements, returns would become much more infrequent with the result being happier customers – and ultimately HSN too; as there would be fewer returns to deal with. Sometimes my iphone lists both (HSN sizing and actual garment measurements); but for whatever reason my apple desktop does not. IT’S THE ACTUAL GARMENT MEASUREMENTS THAT MATTER!!! It should be a no brainer to always include both. Please HSN – list the actual GARMENT MEASUREMENTS each and every time.

I’m truly sorry for any concern this has caused, @lvsquality! We certainly want you to find the perfect fit, which is why I am glad to share that our size chart has several options, including one for the specific garment measurements being offered. While the HSN measurements do usually open first, there is a tab in the middle of the page for the garment measurements which are personalized to each specific item. Was there a particular item that was missing these measurements? Please let me know and I would be happy to report this so we can get this updated. Thanks for the heads up!

  I have found too many actual garment messages are not right. I hate to do returns. They take a long time to process. I don’t buy as many clothes anymore. I do love Korres & Lancome products. I stocked up before Christmas when they had many supersize products.

  Hello and thank you for your quick reply! I purchase a lot of Marla Wynne, and it used to show both sizing and garment measurements for all items. (like you showed in your reply) Not anymore; only sizing. I’m not sure why. I have also seen the same issue with some of Guiliana’s clothing. It would be great if it was across the board you could post both HSN and actual garment measurements on every single item. Just a thought – and a hope! I love it when they’re both posted as it makes my purchase fool proof. Sometimes it’s there; sometimes it’s not. Example is one of Marla Wynne’s new arrivals (a faux leather jacket/top)
