Game issues
Please explain to me why I get BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS after finishing a game then next game get tickets. Example today I have played off and on for 9 hours and ticket total is less than 2000. If I had a device(phone & tablet) issue or cache, history problem but have 6 month phone, 3 yr old phone and 6 month tablet and clean theses more than once a day but issues continue. Chatting is like talking to a wall while calling is even worse.Any suggestion why arcade doesn’t communicate with players 🤔 The Qurate GROUP has really up the arcade now that HSN sold it to them. Now all that controls arcade are MORONS in my book. Doubt this will get a reply but I tried.

Hi @hsnappawful, I truly am sorry for the amount of issues you have had regarding your experience with the arcade. Is there a particular game you are having issues with?

Just played 2 games Eggz Blast with 1st game receiving tickets and 2nd game getting BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS on the Motorola Moto Z4 CLEANED phone.🤔

Arcade is a JOKE along with this system. 2 weeks since you replied and nothing has changed. No contact, no updates NO NOTHING🤔 Started logging in at 8am and 7 hrs later completed 2 games with tickets. Don’t know what is worst, Arcade, Moderators or venders😱 All 3 to me receive a F-, complete disregard for us players while nothing is corrected, updated. Just face the facts, this new owner of Arcade has NO CLUE on these issues and as I have stated starting in Oct.2019 all documented these issues have been around and getting worst🥴 I am still waiting on a reply concerning my devices and 3 weeks and NOTHING. You all are a DISGRACE TO THE BUSINESS, if you call yourself that and at this rate this so called business will eventually go by the wayside👎More feel the same and business you use to get from us players continue to dwindle.

Going on 1 1/2 years now and nobody cares about issues. I had minimum of over 200 emails about all my issues and here we are still having them. I use to get replies but not anymore since HSN is no longer HSN of old.GAME IS EGGZ BLAST

GAME LAST 30+ SECONDS.3. WHILE PLAYING GAME SCREEN GOES
TO HALF SCREEN AND EGGZ ONLY GO
1/2 WAY UP SCREEN.# 2 & # 3 can also get you a BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS too.
I clean all my devices daily 2 to 3 times depending on usage of cache, history and memory. Have an app too that cleans also so either manually or by app it is handled.

HI @hsnappawful, I understand you’re frustrated regarding the arcade, and I certainly feel your disappointment.
I did post a response earlier today regarding our arcade and our arcade vendor working to correct the issue.
