Frustrated
I ordered 6 G by Guiliana Sherpa Hooded Loungers as gifts on Dec 20th to be shipped to nieces, granddaughters, goddaughters, etc.6 days later, 2 were shipped, 2 received, which is fine, but 2 are still stuck in ” Packaging Status” I was told by a supervisor there’s nothing they can until after the received by date which is the 29th. I would think they could reach out to their Tech support Dept, but they can’t. Now the price is higher, and one color is sold out in the needed size. Just needed to vent. Thanks!
