Free shipping?
I was charged shipping on the two items I ordered this weekend. Please refund the shipping since this was a Free Shipping promo. I do NOT want account credit, I want the charge reversed please.

It has now been 4 days and the spendable ka$h has not been added. When can I expect this problem to be corrected? This cannot be a normal business practice and I should not have to jump through these hoops.

@pi1, I know and I’m sorry for this inconvenience. The company is going to refund you on it’s own. I have to let them refund you so I can then put it back to your original method of payment. They should have this refunded within 72 business hours so you should have by the end of the day tomorrow.
