Why is the Free Shipping on everything offer…starting 5/17/2025 12:01 A.M. excluding many of IMAN fashion items? It is 5/17/2025 12:30 A.M. and shipping is being charged on my order.

Telling your customers that there is free shipping on everything and not providing it is just plain wrong. It looks to me like there are shipping charges on most of the clearance items. I wanted to order a couple of items but when I noticed there was not free shipping they were removed from my cart in a hurry. If HSN does not correct this problem I simply will not place the order. It was a want (not a need) anyway!
