Free Shipping on Everything – NOT!!!!!!

I have a load of clearance items in my cart…not one of them is showing ‘free shipping’. What the heck HSN. WHY DO I HAVE TO CALL and place an order JUST TO GET FREE SHIPPING?!

I wanted to order something in the home clearance section and none of those items are on free shipping. What is going on? They think they’re being sneaky but too bad for them. I just won’t order anything today.
