Free shipping on all beauty?? /customer service
Many beauty products do not have fee shipping as stated on HSN.com home page as well as on the live TV. Could you please fix this before the end of the day when this expires?

I apologize that the promo isn’t working on all the beauty items as specified on our site. I browsed through a few pages of the beauty items and didn’t see any that didn’t have a free shipping promo applied. If you happen to come across such an item, please let us know what it is so we can further look into it. Thank you!
