DeLorean E-Scooters only operate while you grip and twist handles or they stop IMMEDIATELY!Arthritis in my hands prevent me from operating it-NO HINT of the hazard mentioned on air!
“Folding Handle” column required PRYING the clamp away from locked position using both hands–NOTHING LIKE that demonstrated or mentioned on air!
Now HSN and DeLorean are both denying my return at their expense though it’s still w/in 30 days saying my “reason for the return” isn’t covered!!!
Whoever thought HSN would lie to us and link their customers with a provider which doesn’t stand by it’s product and it’s marketing???
