Fraudulent
I have been with this company for a while now they took an entire amount of for 449.18 out of my account when I only had an automatic payment of $65 coming out of my account! I am now currently fighting them to get my money back and they refused to give a back even sending sufficient proof they took the money out! I have also put a dispute in through the bank to get this back and the fact that they have overdrawn my account is not O.K.!!! When I call they claim they are sorry but they are not! They could put my money back in the same way they took it out!! They have the proof I only wanted $65 taken out but that is not good enough! My advice to anyone with this credit card…please cancel it because they are fraudulent and when they make the mistake is it trying to get your money back! The supervisor inwas told to fax my paperwork to which I did on the 8th was a man named Mark! I was told this morning by another supervisor that it was not sufficient proof they took my money out but according to the bank it is! Be very careful with this company on the credit end of it. They RIP you off and will not give you your money back!

I am a victim of HSN fraud. Ever since I opened the charge acc I was seeing amount s being taken out of my account. The sad part it was comenity bank that did this. Someone on the inside stole my number and used it to take so much money from me. I am so heartbroken that I trusted them and I made calls to complain and they did not listen twisted every word I said. I finally closed all my accounts and guess what they are still trying. Please fraud people help us we desired to have our money for me it came out of my SS Avcount.
