Fraudulent Behavior!

I do not like your new policy of claiming I returned an item I never received; A LIE. WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN KNOWN IF i HAD NOT CHECKED ORDER status. TRUTH: Order#1785677608 placed 11/23/2021 laid in processing & then packaging & never was processed. How ever my credit card was charged. I called several times to check & even received an email 12/3/2021 apologizing for the delay & I would receive a notice when it shipped. I resent being blamed for your mess up, do not claim I returned an item I never received. I did call customer service & had the order placed again. That is when I was told this is the new policy for unfilled orders. What false excuse will be used next, SHAME ON YOU HSN! Not even a sorry!

    Hi @hidalgo, I really am sorry for the concern that the status of your order has caused. Sadly, there are times where we miscalculate our inventory and are unable to fulfill orders after the information is sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. It’s very rare when circumstances like these happen and we do not blame our customers for our errors.

    A refund was issued for your order as we were unable to fulfill your order and no blame is placed on you. Any time we issue a refund for an item that is returned or due to a warehouse error, a refund and return line will always be issued.
