This is absolutely crazy! I have cancelled my order with you guys. I won’t be using home shopping network again. I have 800 dollars held up in limbo with you guys because it kept charging my account. It is absolutely ridiculous that you guys can hold that much money to so many people and not be held accountable. I use to hear great things about HSN…. I wondered why no one talked about you guys anymore. I will never use your business again. Ever!

I apologize for this extremely delayed response and the inconvenience this has cause, @tiffanyharbin. I see that our system sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorizations. The time frame as to when to see those funds available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds policy.

My bank said they can do nothing till it’s not pending anymore.
