
Fraud return policy
I ord a zingy w/c for my severly disabled husband due to false info given abt the product. He cannot use it. Called customer service re return. Told I would be sent a prepaid tag to give to UPS for return pickup which would take 5 to 7 business days. Told I had till Sept 29 to return. 1 wk later received a letter saying they were not paying for retun shipping. On Sept 19th was charged another flex pay of $473 which I needed to purchase my insulin. Talked to customer service which did not give a . She refused to let me talk to a manager. BE WARE.

I was told 21 days it would take to get a prepaid return shipping label 30 days later I do not have one
